Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our travel services are personalized and non-refundable once confirmed. However, we understand that plans may change, and we aim to offer flexibility wherever possible.

Deposits paid are non-refundable, but may be retained as credit for future use within one year from the date of payment.
Clients may reschedule their trip within this period. Upon confirmation of a new travel date, the itinerary and pricing will be re-evaluated, and any difference will be adjusted accordingly.
If unused within one year, the deposit may be forfeited based on circumstances. Golden Pyramid Travel Solutions reserves the right to make the final decision in such cases.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 to 14 business days from the date of approval. The actual time may vary depending on the payment provider or banking institution.
